The Woori Mural Project

The Woori Mural Project is a permanent public exhibition that can be found at the former Woori Rail Station along the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail (adjacent to Symes Road) Woori Yallock.

It consists of a freestanding steam engine, followed by photographic panel ‘carriages’ that highlight and celebrate the history and development of the Woori Yallock district.

The project was developed by Woori Community House, who worked with local community members to design the panels.

The project was installed and launched at Woori Rail Station in March, 2020.
